Winter Shipping Insurance

If you purchase a plant from us and daytime temperatures in your area are below 50 degrees, you need to purchase winter shipping along with your order.

This item includes insulation and a 72hr heat pack to protect your purchase. In addition, if your plant arrives with cold damage take a picture and email us to get a full refund. Please keep in mind that this is an extra charge in addition to the standard shipping fees.
